PHOTOS: Beck and Cage The Elephant in Raleigh NC
This week at the Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek in Raleigh NC, Beck and Cage The Elephant rocked the house with a slew of hit songs for a packed house braving the possibility of rain. The Night Running Tour has been tearing through North America since early July, as the co-headliners please their fans with the help of supporting act Spoon.
Beck kicked off his set with a couple of his most recognized songs "Loser" and "Up All Night", but the singer-songwriter/producer has so many hits it's hard to really pick out what is the most notable of his discography. Accompanying the music were lasers, lights, and a breathtaking stage production.

Preceding Beck in Raleigh was the out of this world Cage The Elephant. This band is really something else, with their classic psychedelic rock vibe and the eccentric performance from the lead vocalist Matt Shultz. "Ain't No Rest For The Wicked" and "Trouble" may be just a couple recognizable hits that this band has had and performed during their set, but the highlight of the night was definitely the performance from beginning to end from Shultz.
The Night Running Tour is nearly over with just a handful of shows left, however if either of these acts are in town again, they're definitely worth the price of admission.
