William Ryan Key is most known for his lead vocal and guitarist role in the rock/pop-punk band Yellowcard, but since the band called it quits what is a vocalist to do now? Go solo of course! In 2018 Key released two EPs to kick start a solo career. His debut solo project titled Thirteen was released early in 2018 and reached the top 20 on the Billboard charts and number one on the singer/songwriter charts of iTunes. Riding on the success of the first EP, Key also toured in 2018 and made a short appearance on the final cross country Vans Warped Tour. To close out a monumental year for Key, he released his second EP,Virtue. The EP spans 23 minutes which is nearly as long as many full-length albums and features Key's intimate lyricism, soft voice, rhythmic acoustic musicianship, and builds on the strong foundation set by Key with Thirteen.

Key proves that he is not just a has-been lead vocalist of an amazing rock band, but can stand alone as a powerful and talented solo artist.

Key is currently out on tour in support of his Virtue EP and will be appearing in Carrboro NC on Tuesday February 26th at Cat's Cradle. Tour dates of "The Virtue Tour" are as follows:
