Jule Vera opens the Selective Hearing Tour for Our Last Night in Carrboro NC
The female-fronted group Jule Vera opened up the “Selective Hearing Tour” at Cat’s Cradle in Carrboro this week with Our Last Night, I The Mighty, and Don Broco; in the downhill stretch of the 25-city tour. Their ever growing fanbase continues to shine on these tours where they act as the tour package openers, and it is not a very big secret why. Their alternative indie pop sound gets everyone hooked and their live performance draws you in as each individual member has their own style and vibe on stage.

Their popularity really started to flourish during Jule Vera’s mainstage positioning on the summer-long 2017 Vans Warped Tour, which led to a sponsorship deal with Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza. While juggling the the intense daily schedule of the Vans Warped Tour, they would do pop-up acoustic shows in Blaze locations near the stops of the tour.
The four-piece band from Opelika, AL is on the rise and still so very young. While they have the talent and the resume to prove themselves, there is still so much time for the band to mature and grow in their music. Check out the music video for Jule Vera’s new single “Bad Company” here.
